Who can use RecPIC

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or guardian allows you to use RecPIC where the law requires it. You must give true information about your age.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, display and distribute it inside the service so it can work (for example showing it to other users). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already saved or shared.

You promise that you have the right to post it and that it does not break anyone's rights or these terms.

Rules

Do not post or do any of the following:

• Illegal content, or content that sexualises or endangers children.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or content that promotes violence.
• Nudity or sexually explicit material.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or content you do not have the right to share (copyright and trademark infringement).
• Attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service or to access other people's accounts or data.

Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can report any post or account and block any user in the app. We review reports and may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these terms, with or without notice for serious violations.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, email recpicsupport@gmail.com with a description of the work, where it appears, and your contact details. We will act on valid notices promptly.

Third-party content

GIFs, stickers and meme templates come from services such as GIPHY and Imgflip and belong to their owners. They are provided for personal expression; we do not claim rights in them.

Paid features

Some features may be offered as an optional subscription. Before you subscribe we show the full price, how often you are charged, whether there is a free trial and when it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel any time in Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions) and keep access until the period you paid for ends. Refunds follow the store's rules and applicable consumer law.

Ending your use

You can stop using RecPIC and delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

RecPIC is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if a change matters to you we will tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the law of Albania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
